The unit is required to submit a help desk ticket through their local Regional Network Enterprise Center, no later than three weeks prior to training, allow enough time for each student to have the Firefox software downloaded on their individual computer.

The software will allow each student to interact with instructor utilizing Video Teleconference (VTC) functionality, get individual help, share their screen with other classmates or point out any issues they may have.

The customer will provide one student with GCSS-Army access, a computer, an on-screen projector and Internet/network connection – LAN Ethernet connective preferred over Wi-Fi. Win GUI is necessary for all computers. The student must be available for the entire duration of the training. The Student/Instructor may be required to navigate when the Trainer is addressing the class.

Each student attending training must have a computer with GCSS-Army access, Internet/network connection – LAN Ethernet connective preferred over Wi-Fi.

The instructor will provide the login information and password to unit representative.

Class scheduled Monday – Tuesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
