Those who are responsible for Command Supply Discipline, Property Management at all levels, Primary Hand Receipt Managers, Supply Managers, Sub-hand Receipt Managers, Logistics Management Specialist , Document Control Personnel, Property Book Officers, Management Representatives and others who need to understand the requirements of property management under the enterprise resource planning software system (ERP). What the requirements mean for their organization, and the steps their organization must take to stay abreast of a forever changing environment.

Our Certified Instructors are Subject Matter Experts and Specializes in GCSS-Army Property Management and Supply Operations. The Workshop consist of the instructor coming to your location through Live Remote Classroom Instruction – Online Training (LRCT) functionality for 2 days using the Over Shoulder Training method. Each student will be able to interact with the instructor through LRCT; share their individual screen with the instructor and other classmates and vice versa.

Utilizing the LRCT functionality process will make training for the Warfighter effective, minimizing the long wait of submitting a help desk ticket, reduces travel cost and students can attend training from their office or training locations.

At the end of this course, each participant will be better equipped and understand how to navigate and manage their material assets that is specific to their organization. The training plan will provide the details you will need to move your organization forward to accomplish three objectives:

  • Meet the requirements of property accountability and provide evidence that requirements have been met.
  • Achieve the embedded benefits contained in Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army).
  • Benefits, the instructor will focus on the organization and their customer’s specific needs.

Plant Maintenance Workshop

Those who are responsible for Command Supply Discipline, Commanders, Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, and Equipment Records Parts Specialists, Logistics Maintenance Specialist, Supply Systems Technician, Management Representatives and others who want to understand the requirements of Plant Maintenance under the Enterprise Resource Planning Software System (ERP). What are our organizations requirements and how do we stay abreast of a forever-changing environment?

Our Instructors are Subject Matter Experts and Specializes in GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance and Maintenance Legacy Systems. They will walk with you systematically teaching you how to navigate. Course Requisites:

Minimum requirements include:

Participation in all scheduled days of the program is required.

The unit is required to submit a help desk ticket through their local Regional Network Enterprise Center, no later than two weeks prior to training, allow enough time for each student to have the Mozilla Firefox software web browser downloaded on their individual computer.

The software will allow each student to interact with instructor utilizing Live Remote Classroom Instruction – Online Training (LRCT) functionality, get individual help, share their screen with other classmates or point out any issues they may have.

The customer will provide one student with GCSS-Army access, a computer, an on-screen projector and Internet/network connection – LAN Ethernet connective preferred over Wi-Fi. Win GUI is necessary for all computers. The student must be available for the entire duration of the training. The Student/Instructor may be required to navigate when the Trainer is addressing the class.

Each student attending training must have a computer with GCSS-Army access, Internet/network connection – LAN Ethernet connective preferred over Wi-Fi.

The instructor will provide the login information and password to unit representative.

Participation is required due to the dynamic of the group activities presented in class.
